We mold more than 25 kinds of resins.
Quality system and inspection plan:
Our Quality System is covered by the Inspection and Tests Plan, in accordance with ISO 9001 (SGC).
Particularly, for manufacture (injection) our general quality control schedule is as follows:
1) Autocontrol
Control system runnning and Production personnel in charge, in accordance with the following 2 documents:
a) Autocontrol machinery instructions: SGC document specifyng product checking.
b) Autocontrol Sheet: Autocontrol recording document that supplies traceability of the product manufactured (Product, Code, Production Order, Box, Batch Number, control results, news, steps taken, etc).
2)Quality Auditings
Auditings made to process and products, to be carried out by the Quality personnel; these auditings have as an objective:
a) Measuring and analysis: taking samples for:
- Visual and dimensional control of manufacturing process start-up.
- Periodical dimensional check.
- Study of tendency (process)
- Generation of quality protocols / measurings reports.
- Countersample file.
The quality Laboratory has digital instruments as well as data capture software (SPC-Light) which can be used for Process Statistic Control.
b) Release of product batches
- Attribute sampling and variables.
- Specific tests according to client´s requirements (e.g. impact, penetration, breaking point, etc).
